Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons. Tuition and enrollment fees are non-refundable after the first 30 days of classes.
Please plan lesson times and social engagements accordingly. Make up lessons will NOT be provided.
If a student misses a lesson, they can catch up by viewing the tutorial in their student library.
Teacher Absence:
If a teacher is unable to teach due to illness, the family will be notified via email ASAP and another SOMA teacher may substitute the class if available. If a substitute cannot be arranged, efforts will be made to reschedule the lesson. If rescheduling is not possible, families will receive a $35 refund for the missed lesson.
